FAQ/SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
  • Ship out of California and Arizona
  • All shirts are custom made so please allow up to 1-2 days of processing prior to shipment.
  • Once order has been processed most if not all orders arrive within 2-4 days.
  • We ship all packages First Class USPS.
  • If you have a concern of your item being lost please contact us to check the status of your delivery.
  • Yes we do send you an email once your order has been shipped that will include your tracking number.
  • If you would like to upgrade your shipping for Priority Mail or Express please contact us.
EXCHANGES​ AND RETURNS
  • If you received a shirt that does not fit please contact us for further instructions
  • You can only return items within 14 calendar days of purchase date.
  • Item must be in like-new unworn conditions
  • If the return is based off of no issues on our behalf you will be charge a small restocking fee.
  • Once we successfully receive an item back you would like to return we process the refund immediately and you will get an email notification. This may take up to 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
  • Custom shirts and designs you request are nonrefundable. 
  • If there is an issue on our behalf or you received a damage item please send us a picture at info@scandalush.com .
